Recruitment Privacy Notice

 

By submitting your CV / application for one of our vacancies you are providing consent for Canon Medical Research Europe Limited to process your data.

Your data will be used for recruitment purposes only and will be stored within Canon Medical. In addition to the data that you have submitted, we may review some social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn as part of our screening process to gauge suitability for the post you are applying for.

 

Depending on the role you have applied for, if you are shortlisted your details may be shared with a third party to allow us to administer a technical test as part of the selection process. We will keep recruitment data for 6 months after the vacancy closes. After this period over, we will either delete your data or request that we keep your information on our database for future roles.
