We are currently looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our team and be a major influence within a small, busy IT department who manage a complex and changing international corporate environment.  This is an excellent opportunity for potential career advancement and exposure to leading edge technology within the medical imaging industry.  We strive to create technology that makes a meaningful difference to people’s lives, helping doctors to help restore their patients’ health and well-being.

You will operate largely in a Research & Development environment with complex IT systems to provide 1st and 2nd level support across all business functions. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Administrator, who enjoys working as part of a team, and has the drive to provide excellent customer support, and are capable of problem solving with an understanding of the interactions between a variety of systems and protocols.

To be successful, candidates should have experience in Linux CentOS/REHL, Microsoft Windows OS (Desktop & Server), Microsoft Azure and/or AWS and be familiar with management of Office 365.  You will have a track record of efficiently planning and ordering hardware/software products and experience in network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls). You should have experience of maintaining 1st and 2nd line helpdesk activities. Although not essential, administration of a company’s WAN & VPN connections and knowledge of storage solutions and backup would be beneficial.  Specific experience in Meraki Networks, Nutanix administration and ITIL foundation would be advantageous.

You will be able to take initiative and have excellent communication, planning and organising skills. You will be customer focused and have good organisational awareness.

From time to time you may be required to work outside company core hours to perform system upgrades, etc.
