We pride ourselves on the quality of our client care and for this reason, getting to know our clients is very important.  Whether you start as a trainee or as an experienced professional, you will be talking to and meeting clients within days of joining us - it's an integral part of the role. Getting to know your colleagues within the business is also very important and we will encourage you to get to know everyone by dealing with queries face-to-face, attending meetings and, of course, getting involved with social and charity fund raising events.
