How do I apply for a job with the Hotelplan group?

Simply complete the online application form and your application will be submitted to the relevant recruiting team.
If you do not wish to apply for a current vacancy, why not register your interest for our Vacancy Alerts? We’ll let you know when something suitable becomes available, and then if you are still interested in working for us you can complete your online application form. 

How do I know you have received my application form?

You will receive an automated response to confirm receipt of your application form.

How do I know how my application is progressing?

You can track your application, simply log on, and click on the vacancy you are checking and you will be able to check the status of your application. 

Can I just send a CV?
In order to provide a fair and consistent recruitment process, all applications must be submitted online.
CV's alone will not be considered.

When will I know if my application has been successful/unsuccessful?
It is our policy to respond to all applications made by email or telephone.
If your application is shortlisted, we will contact you directly regarding the next stage of the interview process.
If you are not shortlisted, we will still contact you to let you know.  
                    
As a group of companies we aim to respond within five working days of the closing date to all applications received.  
What happens at interview?

Depending on the post applied for, applicants will attend a 1:1 interview or group interview event and may be required to give a presentation, undergo a written assessment and / or take part in a group exercise. Full details of the event will be sent to all shortlisted applicants, allowing plenty of time to prepare. 
                                                                              
What happens after interview?
If you are successful, our recruitment teams will confirm this in writing, finalise the recruitment process and issue an offer letter and contract in due course.
If you are not successful, we will still contact you to advise you.

Do you offer work placement opportunities?
Work placement opportunities are offered and are considered on a case by case basis depending on business needs.
