As a Sous Chef part of your responsibility will be to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.

As Hotel Sous Chef you will be a leading part of the Chalet Hotel kitchen team, catering for between 100 to 200 guests and will also be involved in the training and continual development of the kitchen team.

You will have a full working knowledge of all kitchen sections, including pastry. As Sous Chef you will supervise other team members in the absence of the Head Chef.

You will need to show excellent communication skills, promoting team work throughout the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef to ensure our high standards and professionalism.
