Sales Administrator (International)

£19,872 Salary | Company Benefits | Loughborough | 12 months Fixed Terms Contract

Monday-Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm

The Role

We are looking to recruit a highly organised and meticulous individual for the role of Sales Administrator (International) within our International Sales Department.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing documentation.
  • General admin tasks (printing/scanning, etc.)
  • Preparing internal and external emails to suppliers and customers.
  • Daily monitoring of websites/ portals for updates.
  • Filing and archiving paper based and electronic records and general administrative tasks.
  • KPI Tracker Input (Quotations, Sales, etc.)
  • Taking & Distributing Meeting Notes / Minutes.
  • DHL booking for documents/booking the transport for shipments.
  • Supporting the pending projects.
  • Reporting & Presentation Support.
  • Preparing bar codes and customs clearance instructions.
  • Checking and double checking internal and external documents.
  • Importing Price/Product lists into ERP.
  • Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise.
  • Maintaining the ERP updated.

The Person

You will have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience in an administration role. You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a keen eye for detail. You should also have experience working under pressure and to strict deadlines, with the ability to remain focused and organised.
