Quality Assurance Administrator – Systems

£20,269 salary| Company Benefits| Loughborough | 12 Months Fixed Term

Monday - Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm 

(Some flexibility to start between 8:00am – 10:00am, however 7.5 hours required in a day)

The Role 

We are looking to recruit a highly organised and meticulous individual for the role of Quality Assurance Administrator in our Quality Assurance Systems department.  

What will you be doing?

  • Updating and maintaining accurate Quality Management documentation records, including logs and trackers for several processes.
  • Handling internal enquiries and escalating within the team where required.
  • Ensure that Supplier and Customer files are complete and ready for the approval/re-approval process in a timely manner.
  • Centrally file and archive a wide range of documentation including all training records, Reports, Investigations, and other quality documentation.

The Person 

You will have strong IT skills, both verbal and written including use of excel for tracking purposes. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and efficient time management. Experience in an Administration role or Quality Assurance role would be desirable. We are looking for the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible.
