PPL – PROJECT REMIX
PPL are embarking on a large scale transformation programme to build upon and enhance the IT systems which support the services we provide to our record company and performer members.
The key objective of the change team is to ensure that PPL is equipped to transform, that our processes are optimised and that our people are engaged, competent and confident to work in the new ways, creating the foundation for a sustainable future.
What you’ll be doing…
You will be advising each project within the Technology transformation programme on the best practice of UI/UX in order to incorporate within their design. This will be taking into account both desktop and mobile devices.
Special consideration is to be given to reusable salesforce, communities and lightning components.
This role will also be required to sit with the business (client facing) to design iterations of wireframes taking them from inception through to sign off.
• A background in User Experience design
• A background in user journey mapping in relation to Web Portals and communities
• Experience with designing user journeys and UI/UX in relation to Salesforce Community Cloud
