What you’ll be doing…

You will manage and coordinate the disputes process, resolving disputes for PPL members to maximise revenue, analysing key data and reporting on progress. You will ensure that the data which exists in relation to disputes management is accurate and up to date. You will need to have very strong communication and stakeholder management experience both internally and externally as you will be working cooperatively with a number of teams, as well as strong analytical skills and a commercial mind-set.

What’s required…

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • An A Level standard of qualification, degree desirable
  • Minimum of two years of experience in rights management or complex data sets 
  • Reporting and analysing data
  • Knowledge of the MSOffice toolset including advanced Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
