Purpose of Job Role    

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Line Chef role is vital to the success of the business. Food should be prepared and served in an efficient manner, according to spec, to ensure every guest is provided with a quality experience, as well as maintaining and developing a consistent level of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities        
•    To recognise the importance of a first impression, professionally greet every guest and represent Topgolf in a friendly and welcoming manner in every interaction.  
•    To assist the Kitchen management team in delivering food to our guests, by having full knowledge of food service specifications and ensure all food is delivered to our guests to the standards expected, in a timely fashion
•    To be up to date and display full knowledge of specs in regards to any food promotions, new events menus, or LTO’s currently or soon to be on sale. 
•    To follow Topgolf food safety policies at all times
•    To assist in the receipt of deliveries and storage of goods
•    To effectively communicate with guests, managers and fellow associates.
•    Ensure station is set up and fully stocked, with the necessary supplies, for the shift ahead
•    Preparation of food for service
•    To work in a team with the other kitchen associates to create orders in a timely manner, especially in times of high demand. 
•    Report any issues to the Kitchen Manager right away 
•    Follow the instruction of the KM and be accepting of any feedback they may have
•    Assist with stock counts when required
•    Contribute and participate in mediums designed to channel the employee voice, such as; Round Table meetings, Departmental meetings and the engagement survey. 
•    To take pride in personal appearance reflecting the Topgolf brand, ensuring correct uniform and name badge is worn on every shift
•    To take responsibility for own health, safety and wellbeing; and that of guests and other associates; ensuring compliance with Topgolf’s Health and Safety policy, procedures and safe systems of work.
•    Communicate any guest issues/behaviours that could potentially cause a Health and Safety issue for guests and/or associates 
•    To be responsible for own behaviour and acting in a manner that avoids and discourages any form of discrimination or harassment

•    To participate in training, performance development reviews and any other communication meetings required for your role and for helping to deliver excellent guest hospitality
•    To ensure full compliance with all Topgolf policies
•    To willingly carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role and Topgolf as an organisation
