Role Overview

As a member of this strategic and growing team, this role will include providing SAP support to multiple clients in the Sales module of ECC and/or S/4HANA and the design and delivery of the logistics scope of projects using S/4 HANA Order to Cash. You will work with clients to understand, support and document requirements; design new processes and solutions; implement and test; provide demonstrations and support knowledge enablement; support project management and administration. We will work with you from the outset to develop your technical skills; consulting skills and competences, and you will be given appropriate training to further your technical knowledge of new solutions. Some of your time (up to 20%) may be spent on customer engagements therefore a willingness and flexibility to travel is essential.


  • Provide application support and enhancements to S/4HANA and/or ECC systems within the scope of SAP SD
  • Lead or participate in transition and onboarding activities for new support clients
  • Design and delivery of  SAP Logistics related projects using S/4 HANA and/or ECC
  • Support and assist with projects and assignments
  • Prepare and contribute to the process design workshops, definition of business process procedures, system configuration, solution demonstration and gain acceptance from the customer
  • Lead the preparation of test scenarios, end-user documentation, change estimates and user manuals
  • Managing delivery of internal solutions

Prior Experience

  • Substantial hands-on experience supporting the design and delivery of SAP Sales modules and associated processes within projects using SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA

Essential Experience:

  • At least two (2) end to end project implementations (including design/workshop facilitation/configuration)
  • Experience of O2C process across:  Contracts, Quotations, Orders, & Billing.
  • Experience of LE Shipping process across:  Deliveries, Packing, Picking & Goods Issue.
  • Knowledge and experience of SD / LE integration with Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Project Systems and Finance
  • Experience in SAP support and responding to user issues within specific time frames
  • ECC and/or S/4 HANA Sales hands-on experience
  • Knowledge and experience of integration with non-SAP systems plus ability to design and write functional specifications
  • Experience of developing solutions for end-to-end project initiatives from business requirements through build, test and go-live
  • Good customer facing skills including gathering business requirements and defining appropriate solutions

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

  • A Graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter able to work with own initiative and manage workload and accountability to project plans
  • Ability to work with external and internal customers to ensure quality of work; professionalism and customer satisfaction
