We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our successful Client Services team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be based onsite in our Clients Edinburgh office two days per week, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of projects from brief to completion.
This role will report into the Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and supplier queries, delivering a professional and responsive service.
- Translate and review client briefs, ensuring accuracy and feasibility across creative, studio, and print production requirements.
- Provide full administrative support: raise and track job briefs, prepare quotations, and manage timelines.
- Take ownership of workload, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support and manage the implementation of large-scale client projects.
- Liaise closely with APS customer service and logistics teams.
- Monitor and manage job delivery and invoicing schedules.
- Oversee studio traffic management by checking job queues daily, assigning work to the appropriate internal teams (creative, artwork, print, etc.), and ensuring priorities are clearly communicated.
- Work across a wide variety of projects, including print, digital, and video production, ensuring consistent delivery and quality across all formats.
- Ensure deadlines are met by tracking progress across all active jobs and proactively resolving bottlenecks or resourcing issues.
- Keep clients regularly updated on the status of their jobs, timelines, and any changes or issues that arise.
- Apply strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar account management or client services role (preferred).
- Experience in print production is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong project management and studio traffic management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities are essential.
- Commercial awareness and strong numeracy skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and resilient approach to work.
