Account Executive Apprentice - Print Marketplace Team

We have an exciting opportunity on the Print Marketplace team within APS client services & are looking to recruit an apprentice who will provide support to our busy team.

The Print Marketplace (PMP) team are responsible for handling all customer enquiries through APS’ exciting and innovative print portal for wider public sector customers.

Working with the apprentice provider who will provide full academic support, we offer extensive in house, on the job’ training to set you on the path to a successful career within The APS Group.

Are you?

• Customer focused and driven to provide excellent customer service
• A good communicator and able to solve problems under pressure
• Confident to guide and advise clients through the print specification process
• Effective at managing a high workload & meeting agreed SLAs
• Keen to learn & develop your skills
• Confident and able to call on appropriate stakeholders within APS and external supplier organisations

Skills required

• Experience of print management or a customer services background is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure; able to deal with several enquiries simultaneously through various contact channels e.g. email, phone and chat
• A positive and passionate approach to your work, reliable and flexible.
• Have experience in using multiple online portals to manage workload and enquiries.
• Proactive approach to identifying and using own initiative to drive savings
• A commitment to provide customers with a first-class service.
