Ash & Lacy are a leading manufacturer at the forefront of architectural and structural product innovation to the construction industry. Our UK manufactured product sets include rainscreen facades, mechanical brick-slip systems, mesh, SFS, standing seam, cladding, fabrications, fixings and much more.
You may be joining us as an apprentice or a graduate stepping on the first rung of the career ladder. This could be your first time working with facades, in an administrative or customer service capacity, as an Engineer, Designer or as part of the management team. Whatever your role, we recognise and value the part you will play in making Ash & Lacy an even bigger success and will provide you with the necessary training to get you to where you want to be.
We offer apprenticeships, work placements, and for more experienced candidates and indeed, our existing staff, a combination of on-the-job training and external training to help you achieve your own career aspirations and excel in your chosen area of expertise which best suits your skills.
