Matchday Stadium Assistant

If you are offered an assignment of work as a Matchday Stadium Assistant, your role for the assignment will encompass the following duties.

Roles and responsibilities

  1. To clean public and staff areas of the Stadium.
  2. To carry out a regular deep clean of all areas.
  3. To ensure all work, where relevant is completed in compliance with Health and Safety Legislation including COSHH and other relevant Guides and Legislation.
  4. To carry out tasks in line with quality management systems and procedures to ensure that high standards of work are undertaken & recorded.
  5. To assist in the ongoing development of quality management systems.
  6. To assist with the set-up of events and activities at the Stadium.
  7. To carry out tasks related to weather issues to make areas safe for use.
  8. To assist other departments with tasks and activities where required.
  9. To provide high standards of customer service at all times.
  10. To report any potential shortages in stock levels to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times to carry out the required tasks.
  11. To report any defects or additional work required through the appropriate systems.
  12. To comply with Company regulations and procedures.
  13. To support and practice the Company's Customer Charter.
  14. To follow the Company’s Safety Policy.
  15. To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required. 

General duties and accountabilities

  • To support Brighton & Hove Albion FC and AITC in their aims and objectives at all times.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant club policies, including health and safety policies.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.
  • To keep confidential any information gained regarding the charity, club and its personnel.
  • To represent Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club and AITC in a professional manner.
  • To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times.
  • To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
