Matchday Here to Help Assistant

If you are offered an assignment of work as a Matchday Here to Help Assistant, your role for the assignment will encompass the following duties.

Roles and responsibilities

  1. To be positioned inside and outside of the stadium on a Matchday and be available to help, offer a friendly face, accurate information and support to all attending the American Express Community Stadium.
  2. To assist fans getting around the American Express Community Stadium on a Matchday.
  3. To provide information to fans on the local area, community and public transport.
  4. To take note of all fan comments suggestions and complaints.
  5. To provide the Supporter Services Manager with reports and feedback in order to improve the fan experience.
  6. To provide accessibility support to home and away supporters.

General duties and accountabilities

  • To support Brighton & Hove Albion FC and AITC in their aims and objectives at all times.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant club policies, including health and safety policies.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.
  • To keep confidential any information gained regarding the charity, club and its personnel.
  • To represent Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club and AITC in a professional manner.
  • To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times.
  • To undertake other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
