Do you enjoy developing and delivering training syllabi and courses.  We’re looking for a detail-oriented Chief Instructor to join our Flight Operations Department in Copenhagen. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

 

Job Description

  • The development and delivery of training syllabi and courses to flight crew in compliance with CityJet’s training, operational and safety standards and all regulatory requirements.
  • Establish the appropriate level of training for all crew qualified or operating on his/her relevant fleet.
  • Ensure the highest instructional standards are demonstrated and maintained in all aspects of respective fleet training.
  • Ensure the training of flight crew is carried out with the minimum disruption, consistent with the safety of the operation.
  • Assist with the preparation, implementation and monitoring of annual budgets for the respective training programme.
  • Ensure, on behalf of the Company, that any training given to flight crew has achieved the required standard and for subsequent release of crew to line operations.
  • The quality control of the simulator and training aids.
  • Identify any non-conformances and assist, in implementing corrective action.
  • Keep abreast of the latest statutory, operational, technical and safety developments.
  • Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with third party providers.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • Must hold an ATPL
  • Qualified TRE/TRI
  • Hold a valid flight crew license and the current rating for the CL65 (if the rating is not current, previous experience on the CL65 will be considered)
  • Total 5000 flying hours with a minimum of 1000 hours pilot in command on multi crew aircraft
