What’s the Job?

This role supports the coordination and execution of the UK and Global Trading Strategy, in line with overall business strategy.


What will I do?

  • Work closely with the Global Markets to coordinate and drive trading/performance initiatives to achieve Ecommerce KPI’s, contingency plans when required.
  • Work with all markets to ensure the Global Trading Calendar is up to date, relevant and implemented to improve Ecommerce KPI’s.
  • Support the Global Ecommerce Team with various aspects of website management and administration that is vital for running a high performing Ecommerce Platform.
  • Work alongside the Global Ecommerce Trading Manager with all aspects of Promotional Code management, including administration, audits and testing.
  • Support the Global Ecommerce Trading Manager with their 'Product Owner' responsibilities for the re-platform.
  • Ownership of onsite merchandising, based on product performance, stock availability and search metrics.
  • Work with all markets to maintain an accurate stock position, by managing in/out of stocks and stock levels by product.
  • Raising and testing of development tasks to enhance the Customer Experience and improve Ecommerce KPI’s.
  • Use reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA) to monitor product performance and overall site KPI’s.
  • Support the global content team, in building out new product and content where required.


What skills and qualities will I need?

  • Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and have a high attention to detail.
  • A highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for ecommerce & websites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions to problems.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, MS Office packages and a web platform (ideally Hybris)
  • The ability to work constructively as part of team in order to achieve the best results.
