You do not have to submit any personal information in order to use this website. This website collects only personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by candidates.

Gill Jennings & Every LLP has in place generally accepted standards of IT security for the purpose of protecting information provided by candidates from misuse, loss, or corruption. Only authorised personnel have access to personally identifiable information submitted through the website and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of this sensitive data.

Use of Information

Personal details you provide via this website will be:

·         Held on a manual file and/or on computer systems by Gill Jennings & Every LLP

·         Used to deal with your application, to satisfy legal requirements and for statistical analysis

In addition, as long as your account remains active, we may use your information to provide you with future vacancy details by email.

We do not pass information to third parties, unless required to do so by law.

Access to information

You are able to amend the information contained within your account: this includes but is not limited to amending your contact details, changing your password and uploading an updated CV.  You are also able to delete your account.

Active account

We consider candidates' accounts to be active if there has been activity i.e. you have logged on, within the last 12 months.  If your account has been inactive for 12 months it will automatically be deleted and you will not be considered for any future vacancies unless you subsequently create a new account.

When an account is deleted, either by the candidate or automatically, the electronic and manual information we hold about that individual will also be deleted provided that there has been no activity i.e. job application or interview within the previous 6 month period.  Where there has been activity, electronic and manual information about a candidate will be deleted within 6 months of the account being deleted.

Changes to our privacy policy

Gill Jennings & Every LLP reserves the right to modify or amend this privacy statement at any time and for any reason. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract or agreement between Gill Jennings & Every LLP and any candidate.


By using our website and submitting your personal data, you consent to our use of your personal data as set out in this policy.


Gill Jennings & Every LLP takes reasonable care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up-to-date.  Errors and omissions do occasionally occur and none of the information on this website should be relied upon as a statement or representation of fact.
