What to Expect
At the James Hutton Group we recognise that our people are fundamental to our success. The Group therefore requires the ability to attract and retain staff of the highest calibre. To do this a strategic and professional approach to recruitment is essential.
The Group will seek to recruit the best candidate for the job based on merit. The recruitment and selection process will be tailored to the vacancy and will ensure the identification of the person best suited to the post and the Institute. This will be achieved in a non-discriminatory way (i.e. regardless of religion or beliefs sexual orientation, marital status, age, gender, race, disability or trade union membership).
Should you be successful in your application and require a visa to work in the UK the Institute will support this process through the provision of a certificate of sponsorship however the visa application process will be your responsibility. The Institute can also offer a relocation package which meets the HMRC requirements and will be designed to reflect your personal circumstances.
