COMPANY SICK PAY (BASED ON ELIGIBILITY)
We understand that illness is a part of life, which is why we have  an  absence management policy that is both fair and supportive. We also offer an enhanced company sick pay scheme (based on eligibility) - in addition to your statutory entitlement - so that if you find yourself unable to work for a while, financial help will be there for you. Please refer to your contract for specific details.


EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE WHEN TRAVELLING OVERSEAS ON BUSINESS 
We appreciate that employees travelling overseas on business for us may from time to time become ill and for that reason we have an ’emergency medical and get you home  assistance’ service. Where applicable you will be given an emergency assistance card to carry with you whilst you are abroad.


WORK RELATED EYE CARE VOUCHERS/SAFETY EYE CARE VOUCHERS  
If you use a computer at work on a regular basis, you will be entitled to a free eye test to ensure that your sight remains in tip-top condition. The Company operates a voucher system via Specsavers. If you need glasses as a result of using a computer screen, we will give you a voucher towards the cost of the glasses.

Likewise if you require prescription safety glasses in your role, you will be entitled to a free eye test and if you need safety glasses as a result, we will give you a voucher towards the cost of the glasses.
