PENSION PLAN (COMPANY CONTRIBUTION BASED ON ELIGIBILITY)
We are committed to the future financial security our employees and we are proud to offer a
pension Plan that is 
available to everyone.  We will advise you in your contract of
employment how much the Company will contribute – as long as you make the  statutory  minimums required by automatic enrolment, you may have flexibility of increasing and  decreasing your own contributions from time to time.


25 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE (PLUS BANK/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS) 
When you join the Company you will be given a contract of employment detailing your 
holiday entitlement, which will clearly outline how many holidays you’ll be able to take each
year.

If you work on a part-time basis, your entitlement to annual leave and bank holidays will be
calculated on a pro-rata basis. As your annual leave is accrued over the course of a year, if
you join us (or leave) part-way through the ‘holiday year’, this will be adjusted accordingly.
Our Holiday year runs from Jan to Dec unless otherwise stated.

If you take on a position for which membership of a professional body or institution
would be essential (or beneficial to the business), we will pay for one annual  subscription per year.


CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION CONTRIBUTION 
We like to make sure that all our employees are full of festive cheer at Christmas time.  So, subject to eligibility, all employees are invited to attend a Christmas function to  which the Company makes a financial contribution.
