We have many other benefits which will be specifically job related and you will be advised if these are applicable to you within your Contract of 
Employment or upon commencement.  Some of these are:



COMPANY VEHICLE OR VEHICLE ALLOWANCE
Dependant upon your role you may be eligible to drive a Company vehicle or a Company van which is treated as a benefit in kind for tax purpose. You can choose, if you wish, to use the vehicle for private use as well (although you will be expected to pay for fuel used for private journeys). Current lists of approved vehicles will be advised upon joining the Company and our vehicles are generally changed out after every 4 years.

All vehicles are taxed, insured and continual maintenance and servicing is organised by our Fleet Management Company.


FUEL CARD  
For ease, all our Service Engineers receive Fuel Cards and their private mileage (if 
applicable) is deducted from salary against recorded and authorised mileage.



MOBILE PHONE AND LAPTOP 
Where appropriate laptops, PC’s and mobile phones are issued and used in accordance with the communication policy.


PERFORMANCE RELATED INCENTIVES 
Various incentive schemes are in place. You will be advised on an individual basis if you are eligible to participate in one.  

 

MEDICAL CARE SCHEME  
The Company operates a medical care scheme (Bupa is the current provider) whereby 
members, and where appropriate, their spouse or partner are covered. Those in the scheme may also cover other family members at an additional cost to themselves.  

 

LIFE ASSURANCE 
In the unfortunate event that something should happen to you whilst you are employed by us, we will help you look after the people you care about. As a member of the Pension Plan you may be entitled to Life Assurance.

You will be advised of this at the time of joining the Plan, so make sure you fill in the
nomination form that you receive with your Pension Information Pack. Should your
circumstances change, you will need to fill in a new nomination form so that we shall have the most up-to-date information.


RECRUITMENT REFERRAL SCHEME 
For the successful employment of candidates referred to the company by existing
employees, a payment of £1000 will be made (paid in two stages - first stage upon the start date of the referred employee/second stage upon their successful completion of the probationary period).

 

EXPENSE BARCLAYCARD
To assist employees who have regular business expenses we offer a Barclaycard (not a Credit Card). This allows ease of purchase of expenses.

 

JOB RELATED TOOLS AND WORKWEAR
You may be entitled to certain tools, workwear and protective safety wear in your role.
Upon joining us you will be made aware of these if they are applicable.
