Kymab is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a deep pipeline of novel antibody-based therapies in a broad range of indications. The Company generates its product candidates using its proprietary, integrated platforms collectively called IntelliSelect®. Kymab’s platforms have been designed to maximize the diversity of human antibodies produced in response to immunization with antigens. Selecting from a broad diversity of fully human antibodies allows for the identification of antibodies with optimal drug-like properties.

Purpose and Scope of this Opportunity:

Support the Senior Director, Project Management, in Development, in planning, execution and completion of a series of projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into building, monitoring and maintaining time plans for projects, and supporting efforts to ensure the projects meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Organise Project Team and Sub-Team meetings, and ensure discussions, decisions and actions are captured accurately and in a timely way
  • Contribute to the identification and escalation of risks and issues, and the development and implementation of contingency plans
  • Ensure project reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders are fulfilled, and coordinate the submission of reports on time
  • Support the identification and documentation of lessons learned from each project, and actively disseminate to promote learning across the organisation
  • Maintain awareness of, and ensure compliance with, Kymab’ s policies and procedures relating to quality standards within Kymab
  • Support the management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the continuing development of the project management strategy within Kymab and the continuous improvement of the project practices, systems and processes
     

What we would like to see in your skills and experience:

  • A relevant life sciences degree or equivalent
  • Experience of working within the biopharmaceutical industry required
  • Experience in drug development and project coordination/management is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail, completing work to a high level of accuracy
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office and an ability to become proficient in tools such as MSPOL
  • Ability to work in a flexible, collaborative style with colleagues and teams within the company and with external advisors including CROs and consultants
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organisation and foster an efficient and supportive team atmosphere
