New to the Matthew Project? - Create an Account

If you are interested in working for the Matthew Project or applying for one of our current vacancies, please register your details by creating an account. You will be guided through a number of steps to set up your account and have the option to register to receive an email alert when new vacancies become available. Creating an account will register your details with the Matthew Project but you must search and apply for specific vacancies if you wish to be considered for a position.

You will receive email confirmation that your account has been created, please check your junk folder if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of registering.

Registered users can log in to their account to update personal details or apply for vacancies.

Searching for Vacancies

Check out our current opportunities and click 'Apply Now' to start your application. 

Full details about each role are provided on our Current Vacancies page, including a link to view and download the job description and person specification for the post.  If you want to find out more information or want to request a paper application pack you can also call HR Services on 01603 626123 or email us at hr@matthewproject.org 

You must be a registered user to apply for a role, and will be required to submit a new application for each role that you would like to be considered for.

Tips on Completing Your Application

The application contains a number of sections, some of which require long answers and therefore we recommend that you use a computer to complete your application rather than applying through a smartphone; the application will be easier to read and complete on a computer screen. 

Please complete the application questions as fully as possible, mandatory questions are marked with a red asterisk.

Remember to submit your application prior to the closing date and time; applications will not be accepted after this.Your application form is very important because it is the only basis on which we decide whether or not to interview you. 

We do not accept CVs as your application but you have the option to upload this as supplementary information.  

The application form will allow you to copy and paste from a Word document into the answer spaces provided and t he spaces provided should be adequate for you to present a concise application. If, however, you feel it is essential to add further information you will be able to upload additional documents as supplementary information.

Answer boxes will display at a set size but can be expanded by dragging the three diagonal lines at the bottom right of the box, as shown in the example below:

We will give you regular updates as your application progresses through our recruitment process but you can log in at any time to check the progress of your application.

All applicants will be advised by email whether they have been selected for interview; applicants who are invited for interview will receive details of the interview by email. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly and that this is an account you regularly monitor.
