18.5 hours per week including Mondays

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role?

We are looking for someone to deliver high quality Functional Skills in English and Maths up to level 2 and who can deliver a range of exciting employability workshops.  You will need to be able to motivate young people and enjoy helping them achieve their goals around employment, education and training.  Working with small groups of young people you will need to be highly motivated and well organised.   You will work within a team supporting some of the most disadvantaged young people across the county.

Your role will involve delivering training in Norwich as well as other locations across Norfolk. The ability to drive and to have your own transport is essential

On Track is a partnership between The Matthew Project (Lead agency), YMCA Norfolk, GYROS, The Prince’s Trust and Nansa.

On Track supports young people into education, training and employment. On Track has been funded as part of the Building Better Opportunities programme and is a project jointly funded by the European Social fund and the National Lottery through its Community Fund.
