implementing effective training plans from the first day of joining us. We are
also proud of our track-record of promoting from within, and in doing try to
implement personally tailored development plans to give our people the
knowledge and skills to progress their career. Some of the figures include:
- 281 training courses, personal development plans and training ladders were completed in the FY 2018-19
- On average, each employee participated in four training courses during the FY 2018-19
- A PwC review in 2015 found that 50 apprenticeships had been completed within the Meadowhall team, in areas such as property services, business administration, marketing, customer services and more
