If you’re passionate about excellent customer care, this is an opportunity for you to build your skills in a supportive, team environment in a role that’s much more rewarding than any other kind of call centre job.

Since 2004, Medvivo have been building an excellent reputation for providing round the clock care services that are second to none. Our Medvivo Telecare service is no exception. That’s because we’re committed to delivering the best possible, patient-first care for the people of Wiltshire – and we won’t let anything get in the way of working together to deliver.

So, wherever you join us and in whatever role, you’ll feel supported and empowered, you’ll enjoy full training and you’ll get to look forward to real career development potential that grows as we do.

Because this is where good people achieve amazing things.

Joining the Medvivo Telecare team, you’ll be the first point of call for vulnerable and elderly patients in our care. We’re entrusted with being there for them at every time of the day or night, and at the touch of a button, enabling them to live more independently for longer in their own homes. As an Advisor, you’ll take the call, assess the situation and utilise all of our resources to co-ordinate a response.

Whether you have experience working in a call centre, are considering returning to work or are looking to develop a career in the care sector you will need to bring an understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer care and excellent communication skills. If you can also work effectively under pressure and deal with stressful situations professionally and with empathy, we’ll give you all the training you need.

You’ll also handle calls for urgent out of hours issues for councils and housing associations such as housing repairs and highways incidents.

As we operate a 24/7/365 service, a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours is essential.

In addition to a rewarding role and competitive salary, you’ll also enjoy a package of benefits that includes generous holiday allowance, company pension scheme and healthcare package.

Enhanced shift rate for overnight and weekend shifts of £10.33.

Please note that it is expected that you will work full time for the duration of your training which will last 4-6 weeks.  During this period you will be paid the training rate of £7.85 per hour.

Previous applicants need not apply.
