Please read the guidance notes carefully prior to completing the online application form. They will provide you with hints and tips on how to complete your application.

Q3.  I am a candidate with a disability. Can you accommodate my needs during the application and interview/assessment process?

We endeavour to provide a recruitment process that is fair to everyone.  If you have a disability and need an adjustment made to any part of the process, please do let us know.  We make adjustments on an individual basis to ensure all candidates have equal opportunity to perform to the best of their ability.

We can provide application forms in an alternative format or make adjustments to the recruitment process such as arranging for the interview to be conducted in a different format. Please contact the MindWise HR (see Contact HR tab above) with any specific requirements.

Q4.  Will MindWise apply for a work permit for me?

Q5.  Will having an unspent conviction prevent me from working in MindWise?

It will not necessarily prevent you but we will need to assess your conviction in relation to the role you have applied for. (All details are explained on our criminal convictions form which needs completed as pat of your application process)

You’ll receive an email to confirm that we’ve received your application. We will then do shortlisting and if your application meets our criteria, we will invite you to attend an interview. For some roles, there may be a second stage interview.
