Our Recruitment Process

At PCMS, our people are fundamental to everything we do. As such, we are committed to recruiting the right people
for our vacancies and have a thorough recruitment process with a variety of selection methods.

Depending on the position for which you have applied, the recruitment process at PCMS may include:
  • Telephone interview - with a member of the HR Team or recruiting manager
  • Competency based face-to-face interview
  • Bespoke assessment centres or practical interviews - specifically tailored to give applicants a real insight into the position for which they have applied.
Our interviews and assessment centres are not only an opportunity for us to assess your skills, values and behaviours; they are also a chance for you to learn more about us and decide whether this is the right role and environment for you. You will have the chance to learn more about PCMS, ask questions, and meet key members of the team you will be working with. Whilst our assessments are challenging, the feedback we have received from candidates is that the assessment process is fun and insightful.

At each stage of the interview/assessment process, full feedback will be provided at the earliest opportunity. Due to the high volume of interest we receive for our vacancies, we are unable to provide individual feedback at application stage.
