Project Data Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Project Data Administrator to join our Project team, at either our Leeds or London Office on a 6-month contract. About the Team

The role will ensure the Project and Data Management teams functions effectively and efficiently, assisting with the day to day data administration.

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for, creating, maintaining and deleting our clients/firm’s standing data, alongside accurately updating internal records. You will maintain a good knowledge of all systems utilised by Data Management and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and FCA requirements.

What you will bring to the Team

Applicants should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general technological confidence is advantageous. Experience of or a keen interest working in financial services or in a regulated environment. Academic qualification requirements are 3 A Levels at grade A-C and 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent. Applications will be reviewed after the closing date.
