Dealing Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2x Dealing Assistant’s to join our Dealing team at Redmayne Bentley, on nine- and twelve-month contracts. The roles are based at the firm’s Leeds Head Office, located in the heart of the city’s financial district, only a few minutes’ walk from Leeds train station.

What you will be doing

You will work as part of a wider team supporting stockbrokers and managers with administrative tasks. You will also help to service existing clients and potential clients to the firm. The role will be based in an office environment and in our shop area, as such you will be expected to communicate effectively both over the telephone and face to face. As the position is within a highly-regulated sector you will be ensuring compliance with the FCA rules and regulations, which is fundamental when assisting clients and opening new accounts.

What you will bring to the team

You should have an excellent telephone manner and level of professionalism as the position is dealing with current and potential clients. You will have the ability to work as part of a team, handling a varying workload, more specifically be able to prioritise tasks and handle personal data with a high level of confidentiality. Furthermore, you will be able to apply initiative and take responsibility whilst resolving problems.
