Investment Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Investment Administrator to join our Investment Management team.  The role is based at the firm’s Leeds Head Office and provides exposure to the fascinating world of investment management and stockbroking.

What you will be doing

Our Investment Managers are responsible for creating, advising and managing individually tailored portfolios designed to achieve our client’s investment objectives. 

As an Investment Administrator you will support and assist the team in general branch administration. You will be responsible for preparing and collating review letters, client packs, valuations and invoices. Providing clients and/or their agents with information and reports about their portfolios, as well as assisting with general client enquiries.

What you will bring to the team

A keen eye for detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to build relationships with our clients and deliver an excellent service. Good Microsoft office skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also need to be a team player, with an enthusiasm and willingness to help others.
