TenetFLEX  is a comprehensive flexible benefits and discounts website, designed to support your lifestyle, giving you and your families' peace of mind and flexibility to help you in your daily lives. We recognise the importance of working hard to support your personal commitments, so we provide benefits that help to support you outside of work too.

TenetFLEX combines company-funded employee benefits such as life assurance, income protection and pension, with a range of other voluntary benefits, such as private medical insurance, medical health cash plan, childcare vouchers, critical illness insurance, health screening, will writing, dining card, and a wide a range of other salary sacrifice schemes and retail discounts.


We offer 25 days' base holiday entitlement per year, increasing to 28 days with length of service. Plus the option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday during the annual TenetFLEX enrolment window.

We encourage and embrace diversity at Tenet and as part of this we welcome applications for flexible working, as we recognise that of all the vastly talented people out there, not everyone can work on a full-time 9-5, Monday to Friday basis.


Tenet’s Group Personal Pension scheme operates under a salary sacrifice scheme therefore attracting a saving on Tax and National Insurance. In line with government legislation you will be auto enrolled into the pension scheme following 3 months service with the company (subject to eligibility). Employer contributions will increase in line with length of service as per the table below.

Bonus schemes

Tenet operates a number of discretionary target-based bonuses for its sales-specific roles, details of which will be provided to you separately if this applies. 

For everyone else there is a discretionary annual General Bonus Scheme, which is paid in December each year, dependent upon your own performance and that of the business against its annual plan. Whilst payment of a bonus is not guaranteed (as it is dependent on overall Company performance) the good news is that a bonus has been paid out to staff every year over the last 5 years, which is a good indicator of the Company’s ongoing success.

Company funded Income Protection and Life Assurance

On joining Tenet you are automatically covered by our funded Income Protection Scheme. If you are absent from work for more than 6 months due to injury or illness, this cover will effectively 'top you up’ to 60% of your basic salary for an unlimited period, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy at the time.   You are also automatically covered by our funded Life Assurance policy at a rate of 4 x your basic salary. You also have the option via TenetFLEX of flexing your cover up to 10 x your salary, or down to 2 x your salary.

Staff Welfare initiatives

We provide free fresh fruit for all staff on a weekly basis, as well as free tea, coffee, milk and sugar.  We also provide an annual flu jab for staff, and an annual healthy heart check – to help ensure we’re all feeling on top form!  We also have an Employee Assistance Provider which is free for staff use if they need to talk to someone or just need some advice on something that is bothering them – further details below.

There are also numerous health and welfare benefits that you can select via our flexible benefits platform TenetFLEX, including Health Screens and Medical Cash Plan, to help you save on everyday medical costs.

Staff Awards

Our monthly and annual 'Rockstar' awards are designed to give recognition to those who demonstrate our core values, whilst also going above and beyond in their day to day role. 

Employee Loyalty Award Scheme

Employees will receive a loyalty award on completing 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of service (yes we do actually have people who have been here nearly 30 years!) with the Tenet Group. The award includes gift vouchers worth from £25 to £250.

Annual Christmas Conference and Party

We have an annual Christmas Staff Conference followed by a Christmas Party at a prestigious venue in Leeds City Centre, where dinner and drinks and a wide range of entertainment is provided for staff to get merry in the run up to Christmas.

Coffee Lounge

The new staff Coffee Lounge on our ground floor will offer a quiet place for staff to take a break and relax.  Comfy sofas, ‘posh’ coffee, magazines…it’ll be more like a Starbucks than an office!  A great place to catch up with your work friends and take moment out during a busy working day.

My Tenet Post Office

We are very fortunate to have the option at Tenet to not only have personal parcels delivered here, but also the facility to buy stamps and post outgoing personal parcels and mail from within our Central Services department.  This saves our staff time and means they don’t have to make a separate trip to the Post Office in their lunch hour.

Annual Training Calendar

We provide an annual training calendar of events which are open for all staff to book onto.  These training sessions range from IT-specific training sessions (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint) to soft skills training, such as Self Awareness and Time Management, and even education sessions on financial products such as Pensions and ISAs.  There really is something for everyone!

Once you join us, you can benefit from our employee referral scheme. By referring other people to us for vacancies, such as friends or your past colleagues, you could earn £500 per referral!

TenetLIME Staff Referral Scheme

"FREE" Mortgage and General Insurance advice.

  • Receive up to £100 of Retail Vouchers on completion of your mortgage or risk scheme
  • Refer a friend or family member to the LIME team for a Mortgage review and you will receive a referral fee of £50
  • Refer a friend or family member to the LIME team for a review of their general insurance and you will receive a referral fee of £40
