RECRUITMENT AGENCIES 
The Exeter is committed to recruiting candidates directly and as such we do not accept speculative CV’s from agencies. 

We do, however, sometimes work with agencies who have been invited to support us in sourcing candidates for particular roles.  We will only pay agency fees where an agreement is in place and an agency has been instructed by a member of the HR team.

We do not pay agency fees where speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to The Exeter by any other means than through our recruitment portal.  Where this is not observed we reserve the right to contact the candidates directly and initiate discussions without payment of any agency fee.
