This department is headed by the People and Performance Director, Tracy Pepper.

Compliance & Business Improvement


The principal role of the team is to support the Board in maintaining excellent governance. This is achieved by identifying and reporting best practice, coordinating Board recruitment, appraisals and training and driving forward governance improvement actions.


The legal team provide advice and assistance to all departments within Trent & Dove Housing. In particular specialising in Landlord and Tenant legislation, Conveyancing and Property Development. The team also oversee the right to buy process.

Human Resources & Organisational Development

The HR & OD team assist line managers in recruiting and selecting the highest calibre of employees for Trent & Dove Housing. The team also manage the payroll process and assist in managing employee relations, learning and development and reward within the organisation.

Communications & Marketing

The Communications team promotes the image and reputation of the company through all forms of media and communication. .

Health & Safety

Trent & Dove has a very robust and proactive approach to Health and Safety. The Health & Safety team provides advice to everyone in the organisation about how to keep our employees, contractors and customers safe. We also have a Health & Safety Committee and an internal Health & Safety audit team, so lots of people are actively involved in driving to improve our Health & Safety performance
