What happens to my application?

After the closing date, all applications will be considered by the recruiting manager. They are responsible for scoring and shortlisting applications at this stage.

If your application is successful, you will receive an email inviting you to an interview.

The interview may consist of scenario or practical tests, give a presentation or complete psychometric assessments. This will depend on the position applied for. Details of the interview process will be contained in your email inviting to the interview, allowing plenty of time to prepare.

If you are successful, our Personnel team will confirm this in writing and finalise the recruitment process for you. This includes arranging your medical, writing for references, completing a DBS check, if applicable; and retrieving your essential documents. Full details will be provided in your offer of employment letter.

If you have been unsuccessful at any point in our selection process, you will also be notified.
