The Academy framework consists of three elements containing a menu of courses designed to be relevant during the length of your career with the organisation. By a combination of your input, your manager’s support and the framework provided, you will engage on a journey of development which will ultimately provide you with evidence of your new knowledge, enhanced skillset and potential for the future.
