The Order Fulfillment Representative Support role involves order inspection, packaging and shipment. All Order Fulfillment Representative Support are responsible for general work upkeep and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean and orderly work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle count of inventory and provide reports to customer service to support customer order allocations
- Responsible for creating delivery transfer orders to provide work for the Shipping team based on customer priority
- Track delivery transfer order status and provide information to CSRs or other internal customers
- Monitor OFR group e-mail and assist in providing answers to internal customers in a timely manner
- Research historical shipments and shipping documentation and provide as necessary
- Packs orders to ensure the integrity of the contents while in-transit to the customer
- Responsible for shipping any and all outgoing packages or boxes
- Must assemble, label and complete system transaction of shipping for each individual shipment
- Ensures all transactions are executed correctly and appropriately by status
- Review all picked orders for accuracy, correct quantity and size
- Scan all picked items/orders into the inventory management system
- Identify incorrect/short-shipped items and immediately notify supervisor
- Perform a second quality check to ensure the error has been corrected
- Communicate warehouse issues to order fulfillment representatives /warehouse supervisor (e.g.: Misplaced products, products missing bin locations, unlabeled product, inventory discrepancies etc)
- Assist in other areas when deemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in shipping or customer service or related warehouse positions, preferred
- Ability to work alone as well as in small teams and/or groups
- Ability to lift heavy packages up to 30lbs throughout a minimum of an 8 hour day
- Ability to prepare necessary paperwork and documents, as well as read, sort, and verify packages
- Basic mathematical skills, basic reading skills
